The location is outstanding, and the staff was exceptional.
My only concern was the lack of a comfortable place to sit in my room. Those plastic chairs are terrible....

Glance Hotel is a good centrally located option for a Florence stay. Walking distance to most museums and markets

Staff was very pleasant and consistenly followed through. Housekeeping in the rooms every day. Breakfast exceeded expectations....

Great location 10 mins walk from Piazza del Duomo. Clean. Nice room. Calm atmosphere. Excellent reception staff. Breakfast was a good range of items and fresh coffee. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. The major downside was the piped music in the corridor that went on quite late at night and which we could hear from our beds......

The staff were welcoming, the hotel was close to the heart or Florence and the train station, the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, water everyday, very clean, and the room was amazing! Best place to stay!...

Very good location walking distance from historical area, helpful and friendly staff, clean and tidy, and great view from the roof-top, fair breakfast...
