Staff was very pleasant and consistenly followed through. Housekeeping in the rooms every day. Breakfast exceeded expectations....

Great location 10 mins walk from Piazza del Duomo. Clean. Nice room. Calm atmosphere. Excellent reception staff. Breakfast was a good range of items and fresh coffee. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. The major downside was the piped music in the corridor that went on quite late at night and which we could hear from our beds......

The staff were welcoming, the hotel was close to the heart or Florence and the train station, the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, water everyday, very clean, and the room was amazing! Best place to stay!...

We stayed at the Glance Hotel for two weeks in November 2025 during my first trip to Florence. The hotel is very well located: close to museums, the Duomo, train station and airport tram, neighborhood restaurants, and the central market (which offers delicious quick snacks day and night, and dinner at 3pm for a jet-lagged American in a food court atmosphere).
