We are a very well-travelled middle-aged couple. I had emailed the hotel several times prior to arrival to confirm we would be arriving prior to the 3pm check in and that we were visiting for our anniversary. A classy hotel offering a memorable experience in central Florence, close to the world famous sights such as the Accademia and the Duomo. This is a beautiful hotel located close to all the major attractions of Florence. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff here are great, very friendly. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Comfortable pillows and beds, fluffy towels and robes. The included breakfast was really nice as well. Would love to stay here again....
