Highly recommended. The hotels service was amazing all the staff were always super friendly and professional.
The hotels location is just steps away from Duomo and train station.
We stayed in a triple room and it was super.
The room was well equipped with 2 bathrooms, the mattress was so comfortable that I literally didnt want to step outside.

Well worth a stay. The Nine Suite was amazing. Staff very attentive. We went to a Bond themed evening which was fun.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed here - the 1st was during my honeymoon 3 years ago. This 2nd visit surpassed that.
Upon arrival, I was advised that I had been given a room upgrade, which was lovely. This is not a 5 star hotel its a 4
Needs renovation
They charge you more than agreed
Stuff roof stay away
I had 4 night one free on the 2 was the deal
Then I left the 3 and they still charged me all !
They said stupid excuses
Hotel needs renovation its not 5 star...

An exquisite stay in the heart of Florence

Our room was absolutely exquisite with our own fresco on the ceiling. The staff were lovely. The location couldn't be beat. The spa portion is nice, but not a "can't miss" - better to spend your time enjoying the sights and food of Florence....
