Kraft Hotel is an absolute gem! We loved our room with its balcony, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, and the restaurant offered wonderful food with amazing views of the city. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!...

This is an excellent hotel in a convenient location - about a 20 minute walk from the historical centre but convenient for Santa Novella station.
The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The rooms and public spaces are clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was effective and the shower was really good too. It is perhaps worth paying a bit extra for a balcony room as this also appear...

Short walk from busy areas

What a lovely hotel. It's a 4 star but the service is 5 star. The best feature is the roof terrace which is spectacular; There is a restaurant area (also breakfast) and a small pool area with lounges. We enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace after a busy day. Very good breakfast with an egg station. No fresh orange juice....

Great stay

The hotel is very nice, lovely views out over the city.
15 min walk to the centre.
Food and drink very good.
Only issues we had being on the 5th floor was staff moving furniture around on the floor above until after 11pm although when mentioned the would stop immediately.
Also dont leave balcony doors open at night we found mosquitos found their way in.
Would stay again....
