Excellent experience at Kraft Hotel

Our family had a great stay at the Kraft Hotel in Florence. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing on our balconies after long days of exploring. We especially appreciated that the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a block from the river, which makes it very welcoming after spending time at the beautiful -- but very busy -- sights of the center city. Just returned from a three night trip to Florence where we stayed at the Hotel Kraft. It is a lovely hotel situated approximately 25 minute walk from attractions such as the Duomo, approximately 5 minutes from the River Orno. Awesome hotel with great location and beautifully appointed - so lovely to be able to relax by the pool on the roof and admire the skyline of Florence. Great service from bar/restaurant, reception and housekeeping. Johnnie the barman was exceptional....

The Hotel Kraft is top notch. Superior room and ample space. The breakfast was made to order and also had plenty of fresh fruit , meats, cheeses, etc.
The dinner service was wonderful, with tasty meals beautifully presented. The hotel has a few places to go and decompress if you dont want to stay in your room. Beautiful pool, and outdoor eating deck....

This was our first family trip to Florence, and we chose Hotel Kraft based on the great reviews and were so happy we did! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They are kind, friendly, and always take time for a chat or to help with questions.
