This was our 40th year staying at this beautiful , elegant hotel in Florence . We are always made to feel most welcome by all the staff and even get a warm welcome from the room maids who clean the rooms to a very high standard and would mention the rooms are extremely comfortable .
This hotel is a must if you are planning a trip to Florence and we suggest you visit their website which is full of information .

A lovely hotel, a short walk from the main hustle and bustle of Florence. Very nicely fitted out, a comfortable bed, and accommodating staff.
The highlight was starting the day with breakfast on the roof patio.
We walked into the city centre every day and took different routes to explore the side streets, so the location suited us....

The location and comfort of this hotel is amazing. The perfect base to explore this wonderful city. The air conditioning is a LIFE saver! The room itself was more than we expected, spacious, spotlessly clean and catered for our every need. Have travelled to a few cities and this hotel was great. The view from the rooftop restaurant was fantastic, even if the meal did let it down. But if that's our only grumble ...

This hotel is situated in a quiet area of Florence near the river. Just a pleasant 20 min walk along the river to the Ponte Vecchio and the central sites of interest. Room was comfortable, reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely- good selection of fresh fruit,cheeses, etc and pastries with a great view out over the rooftops of central Florence. The Kraft Hotel's Rooftop restaurant is simply incredible and unforgettable both for the breathtaking 360-degree view it offers, as well as for its service and tastes.
From the aperitif, through the starters, the different wines, procescos, dishes (meat or fish) and desserts, it is a perfect treat for the taste buds.
