Fabulous Stay (again)

Received a very warm welcome back to the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to the city and a short walk from the station. The hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are all very kind and welcoming. Will be back again soon for yet another wonderful stay....

Friendly and relaxing hotel

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the train station and all the top sights in Florence. We stayed in the Brunelleschi suite, which has an amazing view of the dome! The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly both before and during our stay. The little gym and wellness areas were really great....

Short Stay

Rooms were exactly as pictured and clean. Our shower had temperature control issues which Palazzo tried to look into and we did try to book a couples massage but they could not find a second therapist. Both issues were disappointing given the cost of the stay. ...

I loved Palazzo Castri! Its location is great; a 10-20 minute walk from major attractions, but a bit removed from the hustle & bustle. The staff was helpful & friendly, and theres a lovely spa to boot. It was also very clean & well-appointed....
