A lovely oasis in this very busy city.
The staff couldnt be more pleasant & they work very hard to look after us. particularly the wonderful Camilla, in the restaurant. As I rarely drink alcohol, she makes the most refreshing long cool drink of fresh limes & oranges all muddled together with soda & a little sugar! Shes always smiling & works at full speed.
As its extremely hot during our stay, its such a bonus...

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is wonderful, the location and great, and the patio area is beautiful! The room was clean and well maintained during our visit, and the breakfast on the patio, with the food selection and scenery, was the best way to start our day! We stayed here based on the recommendation of a friend who travels to Florence often, and he was absolutely right!...

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was 10/10 and the staff was amazing. The patio and pool area is very pretty. Room was very comfortable and location was short walk to main area and train station. It's also close to a tram stop that made getting to train station with luggage easy....
