The hotel was great! Our room was kind of small, but definitely manageable. However, our room was very warm. They did send up a couple fans quickly but it took until our last day for someone to come and actually fix the AC.
The staff is very friendly.. especially the ladies at the front desk and serving coffee in the morning!

Im so happy I chose this place for our 5 night stay in Florence. Its fairly close to the center yet away from the crowds and noise. It was as if we had our own little oasis within the hustle and bustle of the city. The garden area at the back of the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. We loved our stay in the Executive Suite at Palazzo Castri. The hotel was lovely with lemon trees in the garden area. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was hot in Florence but AC in our room worked beautifully. We especially enjoyed the solarium to unwind. Staff took great pride in providing exceptional service. ...
