Our stay at Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service truly went above and beyond anything we expected.

Not a 5 star hotel! A 3 star at best. Rooms are old and somewhat dirty. Upholstered furniture has stains. The dining room is small/informal with no atmosphere and the bar is a few tables off the lobby. Loved Palazzo Firenze, with its intimate accommodations, quiet footpath to the hotel, great common areas and simple but filling breakfasts. Would recommend as centrally located to everything, but not in the heart of the action... hence, great night sleeps and personalized attention....

Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni is a fantastic hotel in a great location in Florence. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The service level and food is great. We would stay again and I highly recommend this property....
