Our stay was most comfortable with the Hotel being ideally located near the centre of the city. The staff were most polite and helpful and the housekeeping staff kept the room in a clean and orderly condition...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and very comfortable. We didnt spend time in the lounge or bar so cant comment on that. Easy walking distance to the places we most wanted to see....

The hotel is ideally situated at the Ponte Veccio. Walking distance to Duomo etc, on a quiet street. Rooms are comfortable. The hotel has a top deck with a great view. Food & drinks -inexpensive-available on ground floor. Bus station accross the street.Convenient pizzeria a walking minute away. Amazing & expensive gelato in front of hotel. Hotel staff extraordinarily helpful and friendly...

Lovely position to visit the city. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the room comfortable (though the traffic could be noisy at night) Thank you for a lovely stay....
