Literal Life Savers!

B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace saved us from a scamming hotel.
They offered us last minute, same night accommodations that were beautiful and centrally located. Their staff was warm, thoughtful, helpful and we definitely felt safe there.
I highly recommend them to anyone going to Florence and Ill gladly go back when Im there again....

This is great value for money. A convenient location right at the start of the Ponte Vecchio. It's not the fanciest place but ticks all the boxes such as nice accomodation, good beds, a great breakfast buffet and most importantly, great service.
Our first room was a shocker. A dingy suite with tiny windows. We complained and they immediately allowed us to move to a nicer room even giving us a choice of what room to...

The B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace was one of my favorite stays on our European trip. It was centrally located to so many cool things in Florence. Just a short walk, you'll find yourself at Stanley Tucci's favorite restaurant, the locals' favorite gelato spot, amazing wine bars, shopping, and a laundromat! The staff was extremely friendly. Stayed at the Pitti Palace B&B Hotel for 7 nights. Cost including flights and not including transfers....£2200!! This hotel provided the worst breakfast I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I have never been offered a breakfast that was so poor in quality and lacking in variety.
