Do not recommend. Wanted to find a silver lining here, but other than location, this is not the place to say.

Visited for a family trip with two rooms. One of our showers didnt work at all during our stay, for which there was no accommodation. Entire hotel lobby, elevator, hallways had a terrible musty/garbage odor.
Rooms were SPARSE. Better beds and bathrooms at an 80s Holiday Inn. It was like sleeping on a futon. Our hotels in Rome and Venice were far superior with the same ratings.
So disappointing. 4 stars is far too g...

Great location with town so close. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was great with beautiful views....

The Pros:
Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything
Comfortable beds
Friendly & helpful staff
Beautiful views from top of building dining area
The Cons: stripped all room amenities except for cheap slippers. No Kleenex, no pen & paper . Nothing. Have stayed here many years & this was a first (they try to blame it on COVID).
Breakfast only ok & gets old if staying multiple days

Location is perfect, all touristic areas reachable within max 10 min walk.
Staff very professional and kind.
Comfortable room and bed, good quality sleep.
