Had an enjoyable stay along with my sister, visiting Florence for the first time. Younis was incredibly personable, always friendly and smiling. The buffet breakfast was good and the room was cozy in size but comfortable....

Excellent central location at the foot of Ponte Vecchio. Good sized room, large walk in shower, clean linen and room. Friendly and nice staff. Breakfast buffet was adequate, nice Patio and an outdoor space for smokers. Great to have a place in the lobby where you can buy snacks, cocktails or wonderful drinks at a decent price....

Location is great. Very easy to get to everything. Hotel itself is very dated. Pictures definitely made it seem nicer than it is. Very minimal towels, outlets, cleaning done. For the price seemed like we overpaid for what we received. It wasn't a bad experience, just very underwhelming for spending $1800 for 4 nights. ...

The hotel is situated literally at the end of the Ponte Vecchio, perfect for visiting all the local sights. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms are of a good size with all you need for your stay. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the coffee was delicious! I would highly recommend. ...
