We had a nice hotel room, comfortable beds, and the hotel breakfast was very adequate. However, there were a number of annoyances, including signs all over the bathroom reminding us to conserve water, to turn off the water while lathering up, etc. We started calling it the Greta Thunberg Hotel. Service was great! Good location albeit crowded area- close to all attractions. Mold in shower and run down room for a very high price....

Fantastic location right at the base of the Ponte Vecchio! Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Anquar at the front desk was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him while waiting for the taxi he called for us. Very helpful!...
