Very kind staff, even dough the hotel is ancient I was delighted about the cleanness of everything, really clean towels and sheets. The location is perfect, you can easily walk from main station Santa Maria to the hotel. The only thing that I did not like was the parking, due the amazing central location we had to pay 38 per day, this includes the parking with a valet + ZTL registration, that you must to have if yo...

I have never seen such a dull unmotivated group of receptionists in a 4 star hotel. Was not a welcoming greeting. The room was definitely not refurbished since the 80s. So noisy from other guests stomping, slamming, moving furniture at 2 in the morning, talking loudly. Good shower, but slippery. The bar area is dark and nobody ever at the bar to serve. We had only one night to spend in Florence, so we chose Relais Hotel Centrale. It is a few minutes walk from the metro station, close to restaurants, and an easy walk to the GalleriaDellAcademia. Florence Cathedral is nearby, and our room had an unforgettable view of the Duomo. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional....

We had such a lovely stay here , absolutely central to everything , less than 5 mins walk from the train station and the Duomo . 10 mins to the Ponte Vecchio and Ufizzi . The Hotel is very clean ( everywhere ) and the Staff are so polite and very helpful . The room we had was a nice size with all amenities ( Nespresso coffee machine , hairdryer , robes and slippers and all the usual stuff ) .

Beautiful hotel, we were well received by the staff. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and neat.
