We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel- the room was comfortable with a good view and bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury.
The breakfast was delicious with fruits, cheeses, meats and a selection of pastries and much more. You could order eggs or pancakes too.
The staff were welcoming too.
The location was excellent- really close to the Duomo so everything was walkable.

A very quaint and comfortable hotel. The location was convenient for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very nice and the staff very warm and friendly. Not the place if you are looking for a packed bar at night but perfect for a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay in Florence....

We arrived in to Florence by train on a wet night, where after a short walk received a warm welcome and quick check in procedure. Our comfortable and very well equipped Deluxe room overlooked the Cappelle Medicee and was accessed using a small lift to the third floor.

Less than a ten-minute walk from the main train station, this hotel is within two blocks of the Duomo and many other sights. It is on a smaller street about a half a block away from the main action. Centrale was a great choice! We stayed there to celebrate my sister's birthday, and we usually prefer boutique hotels in Europe over the larger chains. Relais Hotel Centrale Firenze really impressed us. The staff was fantastic right from the start; Mr. Edigio welcomed us with a smile as soon as we arrived.
