Great staff, great location. Quiet in Superior room

We spent four nights, 30 October - 3 Nov, at the Relais Hotel Dimora Storica and it was wonderful.
The desk staff Sara and Virginia were exceptionally helpful when we checked in and Virginia gave us a great deal of time booking tickets for the Uffizzi and with restaurant recommendations. She truly is a delightful and helpful person. Sara and Desiree, too, were accommodating and welcoming.Â

What a great location! We stayed here five nights. Hotel Centrale is a beautiful and historic hotel in the heart of Florence. Easily walkable to all the shops, museums, dining, and churches.
The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and welcomed us very warmly, including an offer to make any dinner reservations which we took them up on. The hotel offered a large breakfast buffet each morning as well as drinks ...

Wonderful place to stay in Florence! Very comfortable with lovely, historic rooms and exceptionally helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast is amazing and location super convenient just down from the Duomo, yet relaxed and quiet. We hope to return!...

I would stay in this area but at a different hotel

We had a Junior Suite, despite its good location I would not recommend this hotel. Seems like the hot water ran out about a half hour before their breakfast service ends, a mini rush of showers I guess. Was also rather noisy during nighttime, had to wear earplugs some nights. The air vent seemed to turn on at random times. The location is very good, close to the Duomo and the train station. I would stay in this a...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel- the room was comfortable with a good view and bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury.
The breakfast was delicious with fruits, cheeses, meats and a selection of pastries and much more. You could order eggs or pancakes too.
The staff were welcoming too.
The location was excellent- really close to the Duomo so everything was walkable.
