Wonderful stay!
We loved everything. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and spotless, with a charming Italian style and every possible convenience.

Perfectly situated hotel, clean and comfortable with amazing personnel at the reception desk their professionalism, friendly attitude and hospitality made our stay so pleasant! Thanks ladies!!! We felt fully welcomed and taken care of appreciate it a lot!

Hotel Roma is in an absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of Florence, directly overlooking Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The views from the room were beautiful and it really felt like you were immersed in the centre of the city.
