Good Hotel, Worst Shower of my life

The Hotel was good in general, but the shower was alternating in seconds between freezing and Burned Skin. My wife ended up not taking a shower at all. Complained at front desk and they knew it, but did not do anything...

Super convenient location ! Excellent , Clean Hotel.

Well appointed rooms, tea coffee and feidge with mini bar in room. Hotel is located right at the Tram Stop which is super convenient to come from the airport. You walk out of the airport and the tram starts from right there !! Even going to the train station is super convenient from the Hotel. It has free amd safe parking. Also has a supermarket right behind the hotel. We would definitely stay here again....

Highly disappointing

Horrible is an understatement. At 25 degrees they have no cooling!! They provide no fans.
The pictures given on the trip advisor are misleading, the hotel is in a state of disrepair, the lobby seems dilapidated. Rooms are stuffy!
Would never ever advise anyone to book this hotel...

Small hotel right beside the tram w/ easy access to city center

Dated rooms that were small with heavy windows that were big & awkward. No mosquito screens on the windows and Air conditioning wasnt operating yet, so it was hot overnight. But had to close the windows because of noise & the mosquitoes were getting in. Theres a local grocery store nearby so very convenient....

Convenient base away from the centre

Perfect base for our trip: the room was spacious and fresh. We left the car on the parking lot and took the tramway into the centre. Conveniently it stops right in front of the hotel. Florence crowds were a bit much for us so we were happy to be back.
Why? A park across the street with a playground. A massive Esselunga supermarket in the back for afternoon fruit snacks. A very good trattoria one block away; and a ba...
