All the hotel facilities are very modern and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The stunning views from the terraces are definitely a highlight. Our room was very clean and spacious, although the bed was a bit too hard for our taste. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel

An incredible stay here. The hotel is modern, clean and full of quirky and fun touches. Great location just out of the centre but very close to Medici chapel and central market. Staff were incredibly helpful and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone planning a city break to Florence....

Fantastic atmosphere!

I absolutely loved the communal areas - both able to relax and work in the shared spaces equally. The rooftop bar is a great place to look out over the beautiful city and to watch the sun set. Overall, the whole atmosphere is fantastic with absolutely none of the stuffiness that I would usually expect, at least slightly, when staying somewhere....

The review regards the rooftop bar. The staff is super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Olive helped us chose the best items on the menu. Francesco who is the bar tender had really great curated drinks. Also Reece who is the chef upstairs made good food....

Kind and responsive staff. Amazing spaces Enjoyed my stay. Choosing them next month as well. Quiet, close to everything and extremely clean. The value was amazing. Early checkin late check out. They accommodated my every need. I really appreciate this level service...
