My sister and I stayed here for three nights after our arrival to Tuscany.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and replaced. Water was provided in the room which is always a plus. The front desk was friendly and helpful most of the time. Florence and this Hotel stole my heart! The history in this hotel was paradise, the statue of Hercules the paintings the service, shout out to Daniele, he was so so helpful! everyone seemed to go out of their way to help or serve you. We had a lovely stay in Firenze and our time was extra special during our stay at the Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi hotel. Our room was a nice size, beautifully appointed with a large bathroom. The staff was attentive and gracious. Our stay included breakfast which are a nice spread including yogurt, pastries, hot foods, cheeses, etc. Everything to accommodate every choice.
