This place is amazing--from the staff to the rooftop bar to the decor and the location, it cannot be beaten. It's located in the heart of the city but on a quiet street that is still central. It is surrounded by good food stops, all the monuments, and has a true "Florence" feel to it. The staff are incredibly accommodating and super helpful. We just spent a week driving through Italy and have to say that this hotel was superb. Brilliant welcome and a superb room with great facilities and amenities. The roof top bar is to die for and is located in the heart of the city. Brilliant hotel and will be our go to when we come back...

Fantastic Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, the rooms were clean and well cared for, and the hotel itself was just lovely.
Location is central to everything ( but that would be the case for anywhere in Florence).
The view from the rooftop is stunning.
Breakfast was 11/10.
I highly recommend this hotel....

We booked this hotel on whim and we were completely thrilled from the moment you walk in. The doorman is exceptionally cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. No detail is overlooked here from the unique fragrance throughout the property, floral and decor and again the customer service that is so often lacking these days was superior to most.
