Do not hesitate when booking this property - and make a reservation for dinner as well! The location, staff, and accommodations were unbeatable. This is one property we would book again and recommend to anyone. There is a level of comfort and ease that was welcomed after days of crowds and walking....

This hotel was top tier exceptional in all aspects!!
As you walk into the lobby you are greeted by the most amazing staff. Everyone is inviting and very welcoming. The lobby is a gorgeous grand space with a fantastic marble top bar and plush lounge with cocktail tables and couches. The scent is intoxicating as you enter smelling the scent of vanilla and musk. Excellent Experience

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was incredibly responsive to my needs. It is located in a safe area where you can walk to most of the sites I was interested in seeing. I booked breakfast included and am so glad I did because the breakfast was amazing! I will definitely stay here again if I return to Florence....

Horrible hotel with unfriendly employees. I called in days before my arrival to arrange parking service and they assure me they will take care of my car at arrival since it is difficult to park in in Firenze. They have no car valet or no car parking serive. They lied to me. This hotel is a fraud. Stay away from it....
