Great location and place to stay

A nice hotel. Clean room and wide the only issue for me is the room light is a bit dim. I love clean lights instead This hotel is very near to Firenze Center Duomo just one ride of bus 6 in just 4 stops. Laura of front Desk was so helpful and idem sir Lorenzo, the manager or front Desk manager. I like the place or location Where in outside of ZTL but easy to reach the tourist highlights of the City....

We had a lovely stay here recently.
We had a family/triple room for myself, my husband and my son. Really spacious room with excellent facilities. My dad and his partner stayed in a double which was equally comfortable. Fabulous showers!

Worst hotel experience EVER !
The room was incredibly cramped, with barely any space to move, let alone relax. To make matters worse, the walls were covered in felt, which made the room feel even more claustrophobic and uncomfortable. It felt like there was no room to even change your mind, let alone your clothes!
On top of the poor room conditions, the hotel staff seemed to find our dissatisfaction amusing, laugh...

awkward and uncomfortable room configuration,and a patio with no furniture, hence not usable. when asked manager for a patio chair, she replied none available!
uneven service from front desk, some good and others not.
wait time in self serve coffee line at breakfast time was unacceptable. only one small coffee/hot water machine servicing large tour groups and individuals.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The only slight issue in the room was a funny smell from the plug in the sink, but this was only an issue when brushing teeth etc. The room was also very spacious. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh, the location is good with various bars and restaurants a 10 minute walk.
