I really wanted to visit the Tuscan countryside but didnt want to drive. I thought the Hotel Villa Olmi was a nice compromise. The property is beautiful and clean. Dont miss walking the grounds. The staff was amazing!!! I especially enjoyed chatting with Simona & another young lady, whose name now escapes me, in the restaurant. The breakfast spread is nice & dinnerwell, the staff is pleasant....

One of the most amazing places. I loved it. We stayed for 5 nights after 15 days of traveling all 2 nights each place. It was a great place to unwind. Close enough to go back into Florence center but away from the crowds. The grounds are beautiful. It was like living in a museum with the amazing collections and antiques everywhere. As a travel agent, I am always asked for recommendations for my clients trips. Villa Olmi is the place in Florence I always insist upon. Its not only that the hotel is beautiful, its because of the people who work there. They turn a normal hotel experience into a stay at a home away from home.
