The hotel that made our quick getaway extra special

The hotel is right in front of the train station and 10 mins away from the city center, which is very convenient for travellers. I loved the lobby as it was neat and featured modern furnitures. Our room was spacious, it had a balcony with a really nice view. My friend and I were so thrilled about it!!
They also gave us a voucher for a welcome drink and we claimed it in Piano A. I love the interior design on this flo...

Our horrible check in experience at the hotel

Our welcome to the hotel was very horrible as we were greeted by a very rude and unwelcoming front desk staff called Giovanni who literally referred to us as "You could be anybody from the street claiming to be our guests" when he had our passports with him during check in. I will never visit your hotel again as I cannot be allowed to be insulted by a front desk. We were not given access to the General Manager inspit...

The location is very convenient just right in front of the railway station and you can just go to many tourist spots and good restaurant on foot. The staff (sorry I forgot her name) is very helpful and nice to us and willing to provide suggestions/answer our questions. The basic room facilities are all included and room space is just fit for us....

This is the hotel closest to the Florence train station and bus station. It has a beautiful environment, a cheap price, a rich breakfast and a very attentive service. I will stay here again next time....

I enjoyed my 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, great choice at breakfast, my room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is well located and within walking distance of the major tourist attractions....
