Blood on the bedsheets, mold in the shower, stuffy rooms that made your chest tight and throat hurt, this was the worst hotel we stayed at during our 15day trip across Italy. We stayed at c-hotel Joy just down the street and that is worlds better. ...

Good hotel, full 4* experience.
Good bathroom, stylish rooms, quality breakfast but lacks large variety. Friendly staff and good proximity to SMN station. Good for short breaks and business, not for long ones. ...

C-Club hotel. Great location/staff/service. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The location is convenient to the train station and city Center and great restaurants....

Great location. Walking from train station, most sights etc. as Florence main area is small.
Room 318 faces a shaft, so you see a wall!
Lift is very slow, but there, so mixed blessing.
2 single mattresses joined with sheet for queen bed, so gap in between. Very uncomfortable.
Same B'fast everyday. Yes everyday. Not even the eggs change! Though quality of items served is good.
Room size is adequate.

Amazing hotel perfect location near the train station absolutely beautiful inside lovely room. The staff are amazing they couldnt do enough for us and our baby. They put a cot in the room for us free of charge and gave us a map of Florence and explained where things were. The breakfast was great quality and the coffee was superb and they a
