Shuttle to Disney but rooms small.

Hotel has a good location for Disney but nothing else. No shops around so tied to shopping on the complex, expensive. There is a free shuttle to Disney but if you stay to watch any firework or late shows be warned you may well end up walking back to hotel as the transport gridlocks and taxis dont turn up. Be as far away from the fireworks or water show as can be and leg it when you think its about to finish. The fi...

Stayed here for 3 nights on a school trip, we only got to sleep here and have breakfast. Staff are good, Rooms are very very basic, no tea coffee making facilities which I have never came across a room that hasnt got. Food is very poor, especially the sausages. Location is ok. I would not recommend here but I would stay here if I had to....

Stayed here 21st March 26 do 3 nights , first & foremost staff extremely rude ! Food appalling! Breakfast absolutely rubbish not enough choice no sliced bread for toast ! Had to use baguettes which is fine for adults but not toddlers ! Sausages was disgusting! Its geared up so you spend more money in the lounge area ! Rooms veryyyyy basic , beds comfy , no fridge , no kettle , never stayed in a hotel that has no tea...

Quite a disappointing stay, considering the water leakage and lack of compliance from staff. Boiler leaked on the second of our three night stay and chaos unfolded. Rooms were wet through, and the hotel didnt offer spare rooms to those badly affected, almost consequently leading to one of my friends having to sleep on the floor in our room. Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The room we were given was located right next to the boiler room, we experienced a flooding issue during our stay. Water began coming into the room, leaving parts of the floor soaked and making the space unusable and unsafe....
