We had an excellent stay in the family room. The hotel is lovely to walk through and has a stunning garden area and childrens play area, and indoor swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was adequate although same options every day can be much. We do not eat beef and pork and the staff said they did not have chicken or fish or lamb options. Unable to check in until 15:00 hours so went for drinks and lunch on the outside terrace. We were allocated room 2144 which was very comfortable, free safe, fridge and was serviced everyday. We had breakfast early so everything was hot with a good selection of hot and cold food.

Dream Castle Hotel
AMAZING. I loved this hotel so much. We arrived at 11am, and our family connecting suite was ready! 4 hours early! Amazing!
Room was stunning. Spacious. And the bed was very very comfortable. Only minor issue (nothing major) The hairdryer. If you have long or thick hair. Bring your own. The mechanism/positioning of your hand, you have to hold down to get it to work ends up giving you mild cramp. R...

I genuinely dont even know where to beginthis was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. What was supposed to be a magical trip for my daughters birthday turned into a complete disaster, entirely because of this hotel. Dream Castle Hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but that is beyond misleadingit doesnt even meet the most basic standards of a roadside motel.

The evening meal buffet had very good the selection was very good, well cooked and tasty . The deserts were amazing . However the breakfast really let the experience down . The scrambled eggs and all the hot items were basically cold on both mornings . There should also be other egg choices cooked to order and hot .
