I had dinner at the buffet restaurant, and it was the worst food I have ever had,except the dessert. I was also shocked that the staff entered my room twice without knocking. Fortunately, we were dressed, but this was a serious breach of privacy.
Considering the price I paid, I expected much better service. The room was not cleaned daily, and many breakfast items were already gone if you arrived later in the morning...

The hotel is pretty average, shabby in places and the food is ok. Breakfast buffet was not great, plastic plates and plastic glasses. It feels tired in most areas, however the outdoor pool area is lovely....

Check in - Zero Stars
After driving 1000 kilometres and setting off at 3am, i arrived at the hotel and tried to check in. I was told the card machine was down and could not pay tourist tax as I had no cash. I was told I could not check in until I walked over to the next hotel to with draw cash. I had my 4 year old daughter with me who was exhausted and could barely walk. Beautiful hotel and the rooms are spacious. Quentin was the most gracious host at check-in. Gave us great tips of what to do at Disney. High recommend!...

Holiday at Dream Castle hotel

I stayed at Dream Castle hotel with my mum for a girly holiday. The hotel was super. Great food in the restaurant, but was disappointed with the food in the bar.
We had a great 2 days at the Disneyland parks.
The only thing that was quite disappointing was the shuttle bus feom the hotel to the Disneyland Park. Too full when stopping to pick up people from the other hotels....
