So disapointing. Dont bother getting food here. Ive paid 50 pound for a pizza and some chips. Still waiting over an hour. Asked why everybody else has had there orders. He refused to check how long then came back and it looked like it had been forgotten. Staff are so rude!!...

Amazing Stay

Couldnt recommend enough, my little boy is autistic and the staff here went above and beyond to make the whole stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable for him, room was spotless, pool was spotless and the food in the Captains restaurant unbelievable....

Hotel cancelled booking 2 days before arrival notified via email

Hotel is ok, staff were ok, food was ok. would not book again based on cancelling my booking 2 days before arrival due to pre authorisation not going through. When I got in touch with them said my card didnt work. Tried my husbands card which also didnt work can not understand this as there was funds available. eventually sent me a link to pay online. Very stressful morning unnecessarily. Would not book again base...

Convenient hotel for Disneyland trip

We stayed 25-29th May,for our Disneyland trip. Hotel is very clean,staff lovely,nice pool. Room was fine,only need to keep in mind that there is no air conditioning,instead a big ceiling fan. It was over 30C and it was bearable in the room but not more than that.Breakfast is quite basic but enough,shuttle buses run frequently. There is a very convenient grocery store only 10 mins walk away from the hotel. I would d...

Omg stay away .The hotel is dirty dated no air con amd fans ate very limited...decor is disgraceful pain work all overthe place top ups just splashed on any wsy at all ...Stay need complete retraining RUDE RUDE RUDE .. from the receiption staff to cleaners to pool staff they are the rudiest people i have ever had to encounter at a hotel...we could not e en get clean towels from the house keeping staff..The free shutt...
