First impressions is great, impressive decor but once in its pretty average.
Rooms air con did not work and after a hot busy day at Disney it would have been great to cool down while relaxing in our room.
We werent aware of the 150 security deposit so had to rework budgets for the remainder of our time here.
Rooms seem okay, kids loved the bunk bed style but all the pillows are small which was strange.

Great hotel in a nice quiet location. Breakfast was included in the stay, 7/10. The room was quite big and clean. Even though the website stated minibar there was no fridge in our room which wasnt ideal as we have a one year old baby so needed it for milk.
The biggest negative was the shuttle bus to and from the park. One night we was literally fighting with people to get on, at 11:30pm. Considering we had a one y...

We stayed in this hotel from 10th April and are about to leave tomorrow(16th April). We were extremely disappointed!!! It's our first time and will definitely be our last. Initially the hotel looks pretty good on the media and websites, but for the price per night it surely failed to even be a little decent. Weve just returned from a 4 night stay 7th-12th.
Check in was quick and hassle free. Staff very welcoming.
We ate from the À la carte Menu in the bar as we arrived late. Food was delicious and staff attentive. My son enjoyed the light show.
Room was basic but clean. Unfortunately not enough towels for number of guests.
And no extractor fan in the bathroom.
