Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms, clean, food fantastic. Children loved the pool, bouncy castles and the grounds. Close to Eurodisney, staff great. Highly recommend....

Front desk staff: rude, not making you feel welcome. Instead of trying to help, they try to avoid the questions and try to hang up phone. On checkout, staff did not even ask, how was your stay, explain about the deposit return etc. Not even a have a nice day, safe travels etc.
Rooms were dirty, stains all over the carpet, uncomfortable pillows, bath tub stained and dirty, black remote control that controls the lights...

Hotel was beautiful, brilliant for my 9 year old son. Although there was many down points. The shop was almost always closed apart from once. The shuttle bus service was awful. We ended up getting taxis back from Disney as we waited over an hour one day, which is annoying when we expected a free shuttle service. The biggest problem was the fact we had to pay £150 deposit on arrival which we were not aware of for our ...

Upon arrival at Grand Magic Hotel, the atmosphere, reception area, and bar created a very positive first impression. Unfortunately, that impression quickly faded once we entered our room.
The room was extremely basic and in desperate need of modernisation. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with visible dirt and limescale around the toilet rim, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. In my opinion, this hot...

If you travel to the Grand Magic expecting an all singing all dancing luxury hotel you will be disappointed. However as a good family hotel in a great location close to Disneyland the Grand Magic is just the job. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and spacious. Constant hot water and very welcome aircon in the hot weather. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of cooked food, fruit, cereals, pastries...
