Hotel Mestari was in a great location. Easy walk from train station (airport train) although slightly uphill but only approx 700m. Rooms are clean and comfortable but small. Bathroom was clean. Could do with a pillow menu, no latex or memory foam available. Breakfast was included, I dont normally book to include so not sure if this is standard with this hotel.

We booked this hotel while on our way there, choosing a non-refundable option because we were already traveling. Only two minutes after confirming the reservation, we realized that by mistake we had selected the same datesbut in the wrong month. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Right in the heart of Helsinki. Its got a really cool industrial vibe. Room was large and comfortable. It was a busy hotel but still relatively quiet at night. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but was impressed with the choice and it was great that there was a separate gluten free section with a GF only toaster. During our visit to Helsinki, we stayed here 3 nights. The rooms were somewhat small with a narrow amount of space on one side of the bed and also at the foot. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains shut out the summer light. There were electrical outlets on both sides of the bed which was nice.
