A good place for business stays. Especially slow check-in: it took 25 minutes for me to get a room, even though there were only 3 persons ahead of me in the queue. Same thing in the lobby bar: only one person working. Comfortable room, tasty breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay....

Excellent for Conference

Excellent option for conference at the Expo centre. Adjoins the conference facility so easy to go backwards and forwards between activities. Made managing long days much easier. Excellent supermarkets at mall which is 10 mins walk away. Found this a much cheaper option than eating at hotel plus able to choose from salad buffet - didn't particularly go for Finnish food. Train station nearby but found it easier to grab...

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Stingy with toiletries (no hair conditioner??). There is a small communal shower. Great location if going to an event at the conference venue and short walk to train station. Was able to leave bags when arrived very early into Helsinki....

There are better holtels in this price range. Bad sleep.

This was second time ( first was 2 years ago and expierence was bad as well, but wanted to give another chance) for hotel. Only good thinga- location innwalking distance from Mall of Tripla.
I thought that only I have a bad sleep in this hotel, but my colleages mentioned same. So beds are narrow, uncomfortable, blankeds are narrow and small.
Bathroom- could be cleaner, limited amount of amneties.
Breakfast- so so. ...

Room 934, 1 King Bed Standard Top Floor. This room faced out to the front of the hotel looking at the other buildings in the area. No noise from outside although when someone shuts a door nearby it shakes the room a bit. The room itself was comfortable and modern, aircon worked fine, WIFI good, comfortable bed, usual news channels on the TV, the football was shown on 2 channels and there was a bit of choice from Scan...
