Very poor management

Booked in mid summer asked for my usual room 321 arrived today room not available this is the second time i have beeb denied this request. The reason i request this room is because of the tragic fire at grenfell towers were so many people tragically lossed there lives. I live in fear this could end with me also. The management take a who gives a dam about the angsiaties of there guests. They live under the cat...

This is the first time I have been to Finland and I think it's nice there.
Everything in the hotel was good except the room temperature which could have been a bit higher. I think It was a bit too cold there.
The services were top notch. The breakfast was top notch. The bed and bathroom were top notch....
