We stayed at the hotel for one night. Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and there were signs of inadequate cleaning, particularly under the sink. The shower had black mold in the grout. The room itself was very small and felt more like a storage space with a bed than a proper hotel room.

We had another wonderful time at the Scandic Grand Marina! We stayed at the end of November, just as the Helsinki Christmas Market opened. The staff is incredible! They are all very helpful, friendly, and informative In particular, Delilah (sp?) did a super job arranging for our transfer to the airport and printed out our train tickets to Turku. Its great days are over - though renovations are ongoing right now, some rooms should not be rented out anymore. For 2 persons the room was too small and the age of the bathroom caused doubts about its cleanliness. The staff was nice and helpful, the location is exceptional for walks and different from other city hotels.
