Disappointing visit

We were really surprised that the restaurant, bar, gym and garage were closed without any notice. We wouldn't have booked a room at this hotel if we knew this in advance. In the past this has been one of our favourite hotels. Seems weird not to mention these things while making the reservation. Felt really disappointed. Breakfast was in another building in a large and quite uncomfortable conference hall....

No advance warning of closure of restaurant and bar

Do not stay at this hotel! They are dishonest about things: neither at the time of booking nor ahead of arrival did the hotell tell us that both the restaurant and the bar were being renovated and that the breakfast service is taking place across the street in a completely different building. We have stayed in this hotel for many years in the past and feel that treating your loyal guests in this haphazard manner is r...

This hotel is very underwhelming. At one time this hotel was probably really nice. When we first pulled up to the hotel many windows were boarded up due to construction. There is no bar or restaurant due to the construction. There was breakfast but it was across the street. The room was very worn. Our room was close to the construction n heard all the noise. They did not even have coffee in lobby unless you brought...

Disappointing Experience

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and there were signs of inadequate cleaning, particularly under the sink. The shower had black mold in the grout. The room itself was very small and felt more like a storage space with a bed than a proper hotel room.
