Stayed a night with family. Got lucky as we got a room with Töölö bay view. Enjoyed sauna, pool, nice breakfast, nice staff, very responsive lift facility, etc.
The gym, which is a standalone gym too, is really good. Do carry gym shoes for it.
I wish fonts in English (on breakfast marking or sauna towel box, for example) were bigger. You can see confusion in sauna, for example, as the hotel has many international ...

First of all, the service was super friendly; I asked a room with a bathtub and as it wasn't available in Standard room I booked, I got upgraded to Superior. The room was spacious and clean, a bit worn out but overall fantastic.
Very good location near the tram stop.
Breakfast was the kind Finnish hotels usually have so you'll have all you need for a good start for the day....

I'm almost satisfied. The TV remote didn't work, but I didn't bother to inform the hotel as a one-night guest, and there were no feedback forms available in this room. Otherwise, everything was adequate. The kettle in the room was really nice, and it also came with coffee/tea making facilities. The room decor was pleasant. The location and transport links to the city were excellent....
