I came to the hotel to escape renovation noise at home; I live two blocks away. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom grout was moldy, there was no kettle for making tea, and no bathrobe despite the hotel having a spa. Worst of all was the constant banging and furniture moving that continued late into the night. According to maintenance at reception, the work only stopped at 8 a.m. I received just an apology,...

The location is great. There is parking garage next door, which needs to pay separately. Breakfast is quite basic, but there are plenty of options....

I was really pleased to have the pleasure to stay the night at this hotel. The room was great and in the morning I was really happy to have a very big breakfast, so big I couldn't eat much at lunch time. Thank you...

I stayed at Scandic Park Hotel, Helsinki from 2930 November 2025, and it was exactly the comfortable, easy stopover I needed. After landing, I went straight to the hotel and found a pretty long check-in queue but honestly, the 20-minute wait was no issue. Once it was my turn, the receptionist was friendly, efficient, and made sure I knew everything that was included during my stay.
