Have stayed in the hotel many times before but this time the stay was disappointing. The beds were extremely squeaky, making it hard to sleep, and the pillows were unusable all of them were hard and lumpy. The glasses in the room were dirty. On top of that, the staff provided incorrect information, did not apologize for any issues, and overall the service was poor....

Perfect hotel for a weekend break in Helsinki

The hotel was in a great location for enjoying the city on foot and public transport was close at hand. The rooms were really comfortable, clean and a decent temperature and we were allocated three rooms together without asking. Breakfast was very good with a nice choice of hot and cold food. At the weekend we had to nominate a time for breakfast but this does not seem to be unusual and was not a problem. We had ...

We arranged a family Birthday event in one of the hotels conference rooms. The service and food we received was excellent.
Can warmly recommend and the central location is an extra plus....

The hotel is close to the railway station and many of the shopping centres. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast had many options including porridge ...

perfect location, good services, friendly staff. peaceful. Breakfast is varied and there is something for everyone. You can reach the Kamppi shopping center by elevator and from inside you can even get to the train station or Stockmann....
