The hotel was clean and close to everything. Muhammed, Mehmet, Gül, Aykut, and Emin were all friendly and helpful. Emin was especially kind and very helpful. I felt welcome and comfortable during my stay....

Great position in the heart of SultanAhmet.

We stayed here as a family of 8 over the Christmas period and Antusa Design hotel is very well positioned for a stay in Istanbul, being only a few minutes away from most of the major attractions (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi, the Yerebatan Cistern and the Cagaloglu Hamam)

Very small rooms...with bed bugs!
My wife had a make-up kit stolen from the room. Were told the maids were there for years, so "above suspicion"... Dangled some monetary compensation but was not forthcoming once came the time to check out. Probably said so in order for us not to complain to local police while there....

Huge disappointment

The hotel needs a full refurbishment and a serious deep cleaning. When we stepped into the lobby, we were very disappointed as it didn't look like the pictures. The room wasn't very clean - weird stains on the curtain and hair for example - and they didn't make much of an effort to make it any cleaner. One day, my room was only half cleaned. Feels like a night club. Cold rude front desk. Exploded light bulb.

The room was weird. Blue lights and a sparkly wall (not in a good way). It looked like a club. There were paint stains and (unidentifiable) stains on tables and beds. The beds had human hair on them and the bathroom lightbulb exploded while I was there. I felt gross inside the room. The window was broken and the "forth bed" looked like a DIY project.
