The hotel was clean, quiet at night, staff was very nice and the location is great! Walking distance to many mid see locations such as the Gran Bazar, Spice bazar , Blue mosque just to mention some....

The hotel is great, all staff helpful and kind and helped us every day of our vacation. In the first few days changed our accommodation to more pleasant) Breakfasts delicious! Hotel guests are the best....

Fantastic Hotel with wonderful staff

The Evsen is a wonderful budget hotel sited in the heart of Istanbul.
The hotel is impeccably clean and the rooms are small but comfortable.
The breakfast choices include a Turkish option plus cereals, scrambled eggs and numerous other options, including a whole honeycomb!
The staff are superb and extremely helpful. Marta the receptionist and Ali the manager are exceptional and have made my 10 day stay here a deli...

Just location good Hotel inside smelled like damp, the lobby and breakfast area were extremely dirty. There were bugs crawling on the floor. There was no hot water to take a shower always . The water was coming and going. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. This hotel not for Me...

Oh dear! For a start, the photos on the website are not anything like the reality! We arrived, and the first thing we were told was that the lift was not working ( and hadnt been for a while by the looks of it) and we were on the third floor. I have mobility issues, which made the whole week extremely difficult. We were shown to our room, which quite frankly was a windowless cupboard. The width was a double b...
