Booked a last minute package so hotel choices were limited. Was looking forward to this one with 5 stars, didnt think the bad reviews could be that spot on. They are - this place is tired, no level of service, over priced and definitely not 5 star (should be 3 at best). Pre pandemic I was a regular at this hotel however after the pandemic things took a turn for the worst youd order tea and coffee it would never arrive theyre short in the staffing department in terms of waiter and waitress however the rooms are clean the pool and hamam facilities and staff are great its just lost the standard it used to have I would stay there again if the standards go up back to what they used t...

I stayed five nights i just checked out today in eleventh floor it was clean the stuff is helpful specially furkan in reception the location is good metro is near maybe 900 meters this hotel for family is excellent furom Istanbul is not far if you want relax try this hotel...

This hotel is definitely not up to standard. 2 days in a row our coffee mugs were not washed. We asked the front desk assist for a scale and was told they don't have one. Not in the least bit interested in even assisting you. No umbrellas as well. Called reception to tell them about not having coffee mugs and nothing was done. Disappointed in the attitude of the staff. The breakfast is so boring...
