We stayed at Lasagrada Hotel Istanbul with our 3-year-old daughter, and the way management handled a minor issue left us shocked.
Our daughter accidentally stained a bedsheet something any family with kids can relate to. But instead of communicating with us politely or professionally, the hotel deactivated our room key, despite the fact that we had fully paid for our stay. This was clearly done to force us to spea...

The worst hotel experiences weve had. The service was terrible, the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative AT ALL (Gokhan), not only the room was absolutely filthy (bugs and spiders in the room and dust all over the bed, pillows), but also in the midnight he let us move for 3 different floors with our luggage!! He was so unprofessional and unhelpful .. Its shocking that a hotel operating under this level of cus...

Stayed with my family for 10 days. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. They give free water bottles to each room every dayWhuch is a nice touch. Location is great, busy street and everything is close by. Breakfast isnt the best but okay.Staff are great with easy check in/out except the creepy spa employee call in the middle of the night lol. Overall great experience Id highly recommend...

Great hotel located in the upscale district of Nisantase where all the shops are.
Rooms and service are great with a good price. Rooms get serviced everyday in addition to a good breakfast selection with a good size. Lobby and concierge service....

The hotel is one of the best in Istanbul. The location is perfect with walking distance access to major business and tourist attractions. The metro outside connects to all other districts of Istanbul easily. The staff are super attentive and friendly with constant follow up and feedback.
