Nippon Hotel was clean and comfortable, offering large family rooms that provided plenty of space, 5 min walk from Taksim Sq. The shower on the fourth floor had excellent water pressure, which was a real plus. There is a fridge in the room which was topped up with water daily for free. I stayed at Nippon Hotel during my recent trip to Istanbul, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the bathroom in our room was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations. On one of the days, housekeeping didnt even change the bed sheets.
