This hotel is fantastic. It's in a really convenient location close to Taksim Square. The room was enormous, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had - there was so much choice and everything was fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the hotel so much that I have re-booked for April, this time for a whole week and with my entire family...

This is our fourth consecutive stay at Nippon, and the service standard remains excellent. However, we noticed that the hotel needs renovations, particularly in the washrooms and with the mattresses. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

For tourists visiting Istanbul from Asia, the Nippon Hotel is an excellent option within a medium budget. The staff behavior and service are commendable. House keeping service are very good.
Nippon Hotel location is also very good Taksim Square is 5 minutes walking distance only :)...

1st Location; true its close to Takseem and not too far from the convention center but the neighborhood is not the best. Plenty of annoying restaurant hosts trying to lure you in. Plenty of fishy faces walking around. I never felt in danger but surely bothered. Not a single restaurant around the hotel is worth patronizing.
