Misleading benefits and poor handling of Chase Sapphire The Edit bookings

I booked this hotel through the Chase Sapphire Reserve The Edit program specifically for the stated benefits: complimentary breakfast and a $100 food and beverage credit per stay. My partner and I booked consecutive nights separately two nights on my card, one night on hers which means these were two separate stays, exactly as the program allows.

It was mine and my husband's first time to Turkey, and our stay at the The Bank Hotel was the perfect way to begin our trip. The hotel is well located in the Galata area with the main tourist attractions just across the Galata Bridge. Nice hotel that needs better air conditioning.

This is a lovely hotel that unfortunately does not have air conditioning that can be controlled in each room. Our room was very hot but it was too loud to open the windows. They gave us a fan to blow the hot air around but sadly that didnt help much. A hot room ruins a hotel for me....

Beautiful hotel and room, lovely staff, delicious breakfast. We were very happy with our stay.
