This hotel checked all the boxes for me! Boutique, charming, personal, quiet, beautifully and stylishly decorated, gorgeous and comfortable rooms, always the perfect music selection in the restaurant (tasteful, not to loud, added to the vibe which I think can make or break a dining experience), nice buffet breakfast with a wide variety of both western and Turkish options, helpful receptionists, excellent location. Good Use of CSR Edit in Istanbul

Gorgeous hotel and deluxe room. Great location. Good use of the CSR Edit benefits. Breakfast was pretty good, but limited. I also got a relaxing massage at the Pasha Spa in the hotel. The only thing that didn't make sense to me was that I couldn't use my $100 F&B credit to buy food for takeout. Oh well....

Misleading benefits and poor handling of Chase Sapphire The Edit bookings

I booked this hotel through the Chase Sapphire Reserve The Edit program specifically for the stated benefits: complimentary breakfast and a $100 food and beverage credit per stay. My partner and I booked consecutive nights separately two nights on my card, one night on hers which means these were two separate stays, exactly as the program allows.
