Great Breakfast Experience, but Disappointing Overall Stay

I checked out today, and unfortunately, my overall experience at the hotel was not as good as I expected. For a property that is rated 5 stars, the level of hospitality and service did not meet the standards. I faced several issues with the staffs attitude and professionalism at times, their mood and behavior toward guests, especially tourists, felt unwelcoming.

We are so happy with the service! The staff is so nice and professional, especially Ercan Usla, Mehmet Bay, Ayse Usta, Hassan Bay. The breakfast had so many options and was very fresh and good. We from room number 1505 are so happy with our stay here!
