The concierge Koray was so lovely. Organised a private guide for us and helped us book tickets to the various sites and sunset cruise....

This is the worst hotel Ive ever been to in years. Very hot rooms during spring nights that I couldn't sleep for 3 nights and the staff didn't help at all. Their solution was to bring a tiny fan that doesn't blow air past my toe. Extremely noisy rooms especially if you open the window which we had to do because the room was an oven. Do not go for Bosphorus view rooms because the sun rises from that side and makes th...

Great location for reaching everywhere! Rooms are clean and has a magnificient view. Breakfast is fine....
