Hotel location is good, but room very small and AC not good, breakfast is Yummy, but not 5 star hotel, customer service not so friendly and they not doing free updates, but rooms available!!!...

Great Breakfast Experience, but Disappointing Overall Stay

I checked out today, and unfortunately, my overall experience at the hotel was not as good as I expected. For a property that is rated 5 stars, the level of hospitality and service did not meet the standards. I faced several issues with the staffs attitude and professionalism at times, their mood and behavior toward guests, especially tourists, felt unwelcoming.
