Couldnt choose a better location, 5/5 so central to everything. Staff are very nice, check in is slightly confusing as you have to go to another hotel however its fine. You can request for your room to be cleaned or not which is ideal. excellent value for money....

4.5 stars. You can't beat the location! Immaculately clean, if a bit spartan. Be aware that the check-in location is a block away since there is no lobby....

This hotel is basic but met our needs perfectly! The room is a bit dated, quirky but clean and adequate. You are right in the heart of it. A short walk from everything, the square, castle, kazimierz! The tour buses dont pick up from the hotel but it is literally a 5 min walk to pick up point (down the road) so not a problem. Check in and breakfast is at Santini hotel just around the corner and food was excellent. T...

apartments close to old town and the main market square, easy check in at hotel santi, 2 minutes around the corner, room was on first floor, smal but comfortable with toilet and shower , table at side of single bed which was very comfortable, if you want quiet this is not for you room at front overlooking main shopping street and restaurants, bit noisy late night into early hours, krakow city centre is very close and...
