We stayed at this hotel for four nights in March and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and even recommended some great jazz clubs in the city, which we really appreciated.

2 star max never again

Had to change four rooms before. Got one to sleep in. Showers broken. TVs didnt work air con didnt work when it did the noise was like a train. Passing the mattress. Was so bad the springs. Stick in ur back. Never going back to this so called hotel....

Surprise stay at Hotel Galaxy.

We unexpectedly found ourselves here on our first night in Krakow as our intended hotel was overbooked. We were not very happy initially but once transported to the Galaxy, just a few mins away in a complimentary taxi, we liked the hotel very much.

Perfect little hotel

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. Perfectly situated near the riverbank, with a major shopping centre 5 minutes walk away, with a currency exchange kiosk (Kantor), which will probably give you better rates than the UK.
Schindler's factory is 15 mins walk away, and the castle district and city centre can be reached in 30 minutes on foot.
Breakfast is good, with plenty of choice.
