Perfect little hotel

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. Perfectly situated near the riverbank, with a major shopping centre 5 minutes walk away, with a currency exchange kiosk (Kantor), which will probably give you better rates than the UK.
Schindler's factory is 15 mins walk away, and the castle district and city centre can be reached in 30 minutes on foot.
Breakfast is good, with plenty of choice.

Just the right amount of Galaxy

A nice and fresh hotel with a convenient distance to most things.
Friendly and helpful staff, good cleaning and a cozy pool area.
It also has a very nice patio.
The best of all is the insanely good breakfast buffet.
I really recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the best location for exploring

Perfectly situated to explore all of Krakow on foot. Situated on the river allows to explore over the bridges too. As it is next to the shopping centew, anything you may need or forgotten is easily found there.
The team system is so easy to use and the nearest tram stop is only a 15 mins gentle strol from the hotel.

Dog barking staff not interested

Arrived Monday evening had food and went to bed couldnt sleep had a dog barking till midnight then woken by dog barking at 530 in morning went to reception the girl wasnt interested when we got back from our trip went to reception again yes she changed our room to be put under the room with the barking dog this dog barked all day and night holidays r supposed to be relaxing time I cant wait to go home Im so tired...
