Stayed here for a 4 night break and was disappointed with the accommodation. The carpet was dirty and worn out. The strange bed had been repaired badly with wood. The mattress was soft and spongy, definitely not good for your back after a long day walking around the city. Flimsy coat rack in a small side room was the only storage we had. A decent hotel room was warm
And clean bathroom looked new it has a lift and secure entry system. Yes it can be a bit noisy. As its close to tram tracks and a central junction only down side was bed was a bit soft for me , but hotel is in a good location...

We stayed at the Globus Aparthotel in dec 2025 for 3 nights, I never usually leave reviews but felt I must for this hotel as I was apprehensive about our stay due to reading several bad reviews about cleanliness and bad noise from the trams but we were pleasantly surprised with our stay.

Our stay was four nights, my husband, 15yrs daughter and myself. I will start with the positives: the location to main square!
Negatives: we only had WiFi for one day out of the four, after numerous phone calls we were told they had someone to look at it and would contact us, that didnt happen!

We had a room, no wardrobe, mirror, or even spare pillows. No phone, no reception, had to walk half a mile to another hotel to speak to receptionist. We added breakfast, as we are 70 yrs old, and didn't want to search for somewhere to eat, 1 mile to breakfast cafe, through hotel booking. Absolute joke. Carpet in room was badly stained.
