Lovely hotel great staff room was immaculately clean nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was good plenty of choice. The only disappointed was the evening meal offering very poor for a 5* hotel, choice was very limited to what I would describe as peasant food and really not worth the extra money we paid, there are plenty of places close by where you can eat for a reasonable price...

Building noise from adjoing property

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and returned for another night later in the week. After my first stay, I requested a room away from the building noise coming from the property next door, as the constant noise was quite disruptive and made it difficult to relax. Unfortunately, this request was not accommodated.
What I found disappointing was that no apology was offered, and there seemed to be little interest ...

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel in Krakow. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The building itself is a stunning piece of history stepping inside feels like being transported to the glamorous atmosphere of the 1940s. Old fashioned communist hotel

Its like stepping into the past. There is a reception where you check in. You get your key. Lift is there. No help with suitcases from anyone. There is no one around. Its marked as a 5 star hotel but room amenities are more like 3 star hotel. Breakfast experience is very strange. Food is distributed on different dining tables. If it runs out of food there is nobody to replace it. Very bizarre experience...

From entering the foyer we were treated way beyond and some more...booked trips..Wealth of info .regarding restaurants places to see.....
