lovely hotel right next to the main square the rooms lovely decorated and spotlessly clean the staff were fantastic couldnt do enough for us highly recommend excellent choice at breakfast plenty of selection from hot /cold we did not dine in the evening so cant comment overall a great hotel a good experience...

This really is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Our room was very large and spotlessly clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly....

We arrived late on Monday night, check in was straight forward, receptionist was very polite.
Room was beautiful, only let down was there was no walk in shower.
Breakfast was plentiful with a great choice.
This will be our go to hotel if we visit krakow again....

Lovely hotel but dont book Half Board!

Lovely historic hotel with a great location. The rooms were very comfortable however I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than having to step up and over into a bath. I did make a special request but they just didnt have them. I requested a non slip bath mat on the first morning and this was provided but access was still tight & hazardous due to the fixed clear glass side panel taking up so much room.

We truly couldnt recommend Hotel Grand more. Our wedding lunch was simply beautiful and everything was taken care of with so much attention and care.
The staff were amazing always kind, smiling, helpful and genuinely supportive. From the very beginning we felt calm and well looked after, which made such a difference on a day like this.
