Certainly in the top 5% of over 100 hotels I have stayed in.

Great hotel with large bed, good bathroom and excellent choice for breakfast. 2 mins from main square and ten minute walk to station. It has been tastefully re-furbished and one can see echos of art deco here and there. I f I go to Krakow again this will be top of my list....

We have just spent 4 days at the wonderful Grand which certainly didnt
disappoint with its sweeping staircase and period features. Our De Luxe room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The most comfortable bed with toiletries robes and slippers provided. Bathrooms have a shower over the bath with a fixed screen plenty of hot water and good pressure. Large breakfast selection of continental and hot options. We ...

Just returned after 4 day stay in a double deluxe at the Grand Hotel just along from main square. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous traditional interior, lovely spacious spotless room with all facilities. Although the bathroom was a little small with shower over bath it was perfectly adequate and again spotless always plenty of hot water Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Isabella on reception , nothin...

Fabulous location for krakow trip. 2 mins from the main square, beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean and an olde world hotel. Staff are lovely , would definitely rebook for another trip...

lovely hotel right next to the main square the rooms lovely decorated and spotlessly clean the staff were fantastic couldnt do enough for us highly recommend excellent choice at breakfast plenty of selection from hot /cold we did not dine in the evening so cant comment overall a great hotel a good experience...
