Poor condition. Do not deserve 5 stars. More likely 3 stars. Very overrayed. Staff not helpfull and arrogant. Not enough elevators. Endless corridor. Bathtub and zink had difficulty to empty itself. Bathroom very small....

If you want to enjoy warm, magical, old-world charm, in a fantastic location off the main square, at a modest price, this is the place to stay. The staff is exceptional, the receptionist, Dariusz,and front office manager, are very informative and generous with their time....

Our dinner waitress Shahd was extremely pleasant and engaging . Her English was excellent and she was informative about things to do in Krakow...

Very Nice Hotel in Prime Location

We had a great experience here. The front desk staff was very helpful, the rooms were very nice, and the location was right next to the Old Town Square. We even happened to be lucky enough to have a festival in the square while we were there. We highly recommend taking the golf cart tour that's just down the block. What more could you ask for. We would definitely stay there again!...

Perfect location. Fabulous rooms. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful staff: special thanks to Cyprian in reception for always being so helpful, and also to Andrzej Senior for his most obliging kindness and thoughtful service. Overall a great stay!...
