Room was cramped. Two small drawers in the night stand. We stayed 5 nights. Difficult to live out of suitcases especially when there was only one luggage rack. Hotel said they didn't have extras. I used the ironing board as a luggage rack. Requested a

Hotel not centrally located and not worth the price unfortunately. Beds very comfortable however and incredibly clean. Pleasant stay for a few nights. Martina, the receptionist, was rude and unfriendly. She should not be allowed to interact with guests....

Our stay here was lovely. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Krakow. However, we made the decision to download the Bolt app and get taxies each day to the main square which worked and was really cheap. The hotel staff are wonderful and the rooms are tidy, very clean and very comfortable. The pricing was reasonable and came with breakfast every day. The breakfast offers a really really good choice of options ...
