Very nice place to stay staff very helpful and friendly breakfast was lovely
Definitely reccomend
And the spa and pool was very relaxing...

Hotel not centrally located and not worth the price unfortunately. Beds very comfortable however and incredibly clean. Pleasant stay for a few nights. Martina, the receptionist, was rude and unfriendly. She should not be allowed to interact with guests....

Our stay here was lovely. The hotel is a little outside the centre of Krakow. However, we made the decision to download the Bolt app and get taxies each day to the main square which worked and was really cheap. The hotel staff are wonderful and the rooms are tidy, very clean and very comfortable. The pricing was reasonable and came with breakfast every day. The breakfast offers a really really good choice of options ...

After being met with poor service at check in AM by an employee that seemed like she didn't want to be there, we checked into our room.
A room with 1 queen size bed.
The Hotel offered a lack of amenities and atmosphere was like a ghost town.
Once we fell asleep around 2AM we got woken up by an electricity error and a fully lighted room. It was not possible to turn of the lights again and we called reception for ...

First of all, the hotel itself is fine. It has a great breakfast and friendly staff. After that, I am not sure if it is a scam or incompetence on the parking. I literally parked under my hotel room window. Upon leaving, I find a $200 pln. ticket on my car. We call the front desk as we saw it flapping under the windshield wiper a few miles down the road.
