Great visit to Krakow in a great hotel

the hotel was really well situated to get into the old town and market place. the room was lovely and well appointed, housekeeping was very good too.
the hotel staff were brilliant in arranging flowers and a bottle of Fizz for our arrival and were very helpful throughout the stay. the bar wasn't overpriced and the breakfast was excellent. we would happily stay there again...

A fantastic hotel with a perfect location for a 10 minute walk to the main square.
The hotel offered a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.
The hotel was immaculate & offered a delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Cooked, continental, cereals, fruits, breads, you name it.
We stayed in room 104 which was on the front but no issue with noise. Room facilities were constantly topped up and after a great sleep the h...

A lovely hotel, we stayed for 2 nights for my birthday & staff are friendly & helpful. This was perfect location to get to the old square, we didnt have breakfast but were informed of where to go & given a discounted voucher upon arrival. Bed was comfy & big, bathroom spotless - bath was a nice touch, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!...
