Great hotel with friendly staff, excellent facilities and in a brilliant location for our Krakow stay

Hotel is in a prime location within the Old Town with just a few minutes walk to the market square for bars, restaurants and shops. Modern reception, bar and restaurant. Rooms are a good size, really comfortable beds and good facilities with kettle, coffee machine and fridge on our premium room.
All staff were professional and friendly.
Couldn't fault our 4 night stay at all....

Great location, helpful staff and breakfast really good. Fab selection of both full English and Continental they did everything!!!
Rooms very basic however bathroom was quite luxurious. Would definitely recommend and stay again, but they definitely need to change the carpets in the bedroom, ours was stained with blood and muddy stains !! Room 053

I dont even know in how many words to praise the hotel ,
The location is 100 percent best - near the main sq , close access to tram stations, restaurants and many of the attractions being walkable
the best breakfast possibly iv had across europe ( trust me u want to have ur breakfast included)
The comfortable rooms
The powerful shower
Comfy beds b quiet rooms

It is a really lovely hotel and I would highly recommend it. Friendly staff, great service, delicious breakfast (with gluten free options!) , perfect location, clean and comfy beds. My only complaint is that we arrived when they still had the winter temperature settings, even though it was quite warm outside. So the room was very hot for sleeping. Despite being in a busy part of the city centre and five minutes walk from the wonderful old town, the hotel is in a very peaceful location, no noise, no bother. Our premium room was extremely spacious, warm and comfortable. The extensive breakfast was absolutely wonderful as were the evening meals. Great bar at night with a nice laid back atmosphere.
