Good points: excellent location, staff, rooms, decor etc. It was Christmas and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Bar was good, served lovely wine and beer. Staff SO good.
Minor criticism: Room 56 was a bit noisy from 06:00. Kitchen noise.
Breakfast good but a bit pricey. Would have liked some roasted tomatoes or ketchup with the cooked breakfast. Otherwise delicious and lovely staff throughout. Would definitely re...

The hotel and the staff were great! The room was very comfortable. The food was good too! I would recommend it to family and friends....

Great location great service fantastic hotel clean and youre guaranteed a great sleep . Breakfast very fresh and tasty with lots of options great family place to stay ....

Its my 7 time in this hotel.
Room was perfect.
Breakfast was better in my previous visits.
Location number1.Not crowded.has parking.

Very disappointing stay at Krakow IHG. Room was freezing cold when we checked in, all heaters had been turned off (in December). Could hear people and traffic noise outside (was first floor room facing the street). At around 6am awoken by bins being emptied. Carpet in room had lots of stains. As a Diamond Elite IHG member this was apparently an upgraded room. I wouldnt like to see a regular room! Only positive was l...
