Three night stay in Krakow booked via Jet 2 city breaks
Checked in with ease the hotel is clean with a classic feel
We had a standard room which did us but it was small. The bathroom again small but had a powerful shower and amenities that you would expect shower gel, soap, water, tea and coffee making facilities and a smart tv. The bed was on the hard side and the pillow was like a flat pancake.

Our 2nd visit within 4 months, wasn't quite as good this time round. First time we had a Superior room, this time we had a Standard room and the differences are stark. The bed was small & uncomfortable and as i noted on my first review the pillows are horrible. The air con was noisy & tricky to get correct, as its winter i wanted the room at 20c and couldn't quite decide if heating or cooling was the way to go, ended...

Well....beautiful clean hotel, lovely friendly staff, rooms are very high standard and I have to say the beds are the best I've ever slept in while away from home. Constant hot water. Lovely clean showers and toilets. Smart T.v, Internet very strong.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was really nice and a very good size. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean.
The location is perfect you can walk everywhere, all the main places are close by.

Amazing. Perfect for us couple. The room was the perfect size for us and definitely with the money. Would definitely recommend and come back.The shower was the perfect size and it even had heated floor in the bathroom! The bed was very comfy and the pillows were comfy too.
