Absolutely gorgeous hotel

Went for my girlfriends birthday. Reception staff extremely helpful via email in organsing a particular suite I wanted and trips to Auschwitz and the salt mines. Both essential things to do btw.
We also had a dental emergency the night before we flew out. I emailed the hotel to ask about dentists in Krakow and when we landed the next morning an appointment had been made fot that day! Amazing!!

First time visiting Krakow and we were glad we chose this hotel. The location is near the old town and only a stones throw from the main square with all its bars and restaurants.
The room we had was very large with a fridge and drinks available, at a cost. It was nicely decorated with a mix of nouvelle design along with antique furniture which gave the room a very pleasant ambiance. We were located on the 5th floor ...

A beautiful high standard hotel located literally off the main square. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities we required. The breakfast was amazing, plentiful and a variety of options. I must give special mention to two of the lovely ladies who served us there. They are Patricija and Sofiya. Both were so naturally friendly and welcoming. They were delighted to see us every morning.

Rude staff and noisy hotel ! Wont be back!
Business trip with many of my colleagues complaining about the noises coming from other rooms! Some not appropriate!
Staff is not very nice and doesnt say hi or talk to you. Bar service wasnt friendly....
