Very disappointed with our 5 nights at Hotel Stary. Lets start with the good. Kraków is a charming city, and The Hotel Stary is in a great location right in the middle of Old Town Kraków. The Hotel Stary staff is very kind, and do their best to make things right when you approach them with an issue. But much of what is wrong with the Hotel Stary is out of their control.

Excellent hotel. It was beautifully renovated from a historical building. It has a very nice atrium and lots of amenities like a swimming pool and a roof deck bar with a nice view towards the town Square. This is not an expensive hotel for the area. In fact, the rates are half the rate of the Hilton affiliate one block away that lane of the amenities of the Stary. Having had rooms in both, I strongly recommend Hotel ...

We stayed at the Hotel Stary for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is lovely, the staff was very helpful in any requests we made and our suite was very spacious and well appointed and clean. Location is very convenient to restuarants and shopping, easy walking. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and all of us found something to meet our appetites either on the buffet or menu. Beautiful hotel, great location

The bed was so comfy and the room was huge (junior suite) everything was extremely clean. The only downfall would be the coffee in room had no milk, that would have been great if that was provided.
The pool in the spa was beautiful.
We didnt go to the rooftop due to weather but had a peak in and it was lovely....

Spent long weekend in beautiful Krakow. Stary is lovely hotel with amazing blend of old and new. Our room was spacious beds very comfortable. Slightly surprised no tea or coffee making facilities but simple request and kettle provided. Happy to recommend...
