We stayed for a weekend at Hotel Swing and it exceeded our expectations. We chose an apartment room and it was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, with TVs, plenty of comfortable seating, an amazing bathroom with additional WC. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Plus tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. Guests appear to be an inconvenience. Breakfast times changed without notifying guests 2 mornings running. No cosy areas to be in with friends. Hard to get bar or coffee services outside of set meal times. Very clean, large room but uncomfortable beds and hard skinny pillows. Attended a gala dinner and had to queue at bar for 20 minutes plus. Ran out of wine on their wine list after 10 minutes. It seemed that guests ...

Nice hotel but we didn't eat here and just used it as a base as it's cheaper to eat out, so can't comment on the restaurant. For a 4 star hotel with sauna and steam room you would expect a pool but you have to go the the waterpark next door and have to pay. Overall the room was spacious but lots of stains on the carpet. Quite far from the city center, about 15 min by Uber. In the morning they said our breakfast is not included so we had to pay additional money. If you like porridge or pickles you wont find them on the breakfast. The only thing that was suitable for me during breakfast was a pancake with cottage cheese and I had to ask and wait for the sour cream to it. The coffee was so-so. Wasn't the best, was lied to from the start believing it was close to the old town, it was a 15 Uber which wasn't a big issue, the girls behind the desk was quite rude, and on the last night when we had to be up at 2am to travel home there was a party going on above our room with loud music blasting out, which started about 9pm and was still going at 3am when we left, absolutely disgusting ruined the last night for u...
