Stayed here over christmas as part of an organised tour. Very clinical and unwelcoming, in the middle of a commercial estate. Room was quite depressing and there was no comfortable seating area/lounge. Breakfast was ok, but the evening meals were dreadful, only one choice so a case of take it or leave it.!...

We stayed over Xmas as the main destination of a coach holiday.
As a Xmas holiday, the experience was abysmal. Dinner was served in an overlit room reminiscent of a conference hall with zero festive atmosphere. Staff were unwelcoming in general & the food of a poor standard with no choice @ dinner. There was nowhere to get any refreshments during the day.
Rooms were clean but poorly lit with very uncomfortable bed...

We visited as part of a coach party over Christmas. Room was average but not cleaned thoroughly and the lighting in the room was not good. Meals were taken in a canteen style dining area with no atmosphere. While the breakfast buffets were good, the dinner buffets were extremely disappointing - no choice, no fresh vegetables or salad. We stayed for a weekend at Hotel Swing and it exceeded our expectations. We chose an apartment room and it was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, with TVs, plenty of comfortable seating, an amazing bathroom with additional WC. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Plus tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. Guests appear to be an inconvenience. Breakfast times changed without notifying guests 2 mornings running. No cosy areas to be in with friends. Hard to get bar or coffee services outside of set meal times. Very clean, large room but uncomfortable beds and hard skinny pillows. Attended a gala dinner and had to queue at bar for 20 minutes plus. Ran out of wine on their wine list after 10 minutes. It seemed that guests ...
