Lovely hotel, bad bar

Really lovely hotel, cant fault the rooms or anything. Only one problem is the restaurant and bar is absolutely awful. We waited 40 mins to 1hr for drinks (coke and water) absolutely awful, staff werent very nice and helpful. Rooms are so clean and really big beds. I recommend the hotel, just not the restaurant or bar....

The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and comfortable, we could set our temperature easily , everything was perfect.
We had everything we needed in the bathroom and also they offer the possibility to request some extras from the reception ( such as slippers, beauty kit, shoe cleaner, etc )
There are coffee and tea facilities in the room which I appreciated very much, perhaps a larger variety of tea would be ni...

Beautiful hotel for a great price!

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. The staff was friendly and gracious, the room is small but nicely outfitted. The shower worked really well.
The only downside is that it's far from the city center....

An option to consider when visiting Krakow

Well located and great value (compared with previous stages). The rooms and the cleaning of the bulding are remarkables.
Food availability and breakfast are of high quality.
The menu chart is short but sufficiently diversified. Excellent preparation of the food....
