The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. It is also close to transport links and although on a main road we did not find it noisy.

We stayed for 3 nights and have nothing but great things to say about the hotel. Great location near great food and bars, and close to train/tram stops. Our room faced the main street but were never bothered by the noise of trams. The hotel itself is very clean and the reception staff were friendly on arrival and departure (we didn't need anything so this was our only encounter with them). Good value for money and we...

We had a comfortable stay here for 4 nights room was clean location was good the breakfast was value for money only negative was on our last night we got back after a long day trip and we could not get in our room our card would not work went to reception and they said it was because we had a minibar bill that needed to be paid which we were going to do when we checked out in the morning!!! Wasnt impressed by that...

Recently stayed for 4 nights and had a good stay. Room were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choices. The Hotel is well located for exploring the city....

I absolutely love the location, staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, quiet rooms.Everything you need for a great stay in Krakow.
However, since I like to workout. The gym needs some free weight, a couple of yoga mats and turn off the air conditioner, way too cold to exercise.Plus, the sauna needs to be kept on all day for a true sauna temperature.There is a great gym within a 4 minute walk, with amazing fitness clas...
