Management have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, their staff made mistakes and miss advised me over the phone resulting in an additional charge for an extra room.
Tomasz Bugaj (the office manager) is very dismissive, refuses to acknowledge that I called 5 days prior to arrival to confirm my room type (even provided a screenshot of the call log) and just repeats I should have emailed, when at no point was I advised on the call ...

We had a wonderful stay at the Inx Design Hotel. Hotel is located in the Kazimierz Jewish Quarter with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and bed comfortable. This hotel is about a 20 min walk to the of town but you can jump tram right outside hotel very cheaply....

I accompanied a group of university students for a study tour to Krakow. The hotel was not chosen by me, but it was excellent for our purposes. It was very clean, very comfortable, very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is well located, right at a tram stop, but also within walkable distance to a lot of the historical spaces....

It's ok, nothing startling. Good location, everything is within a 10 min walking distance. Clean and modern interior. Nice welcoming staff. I personally thought the breakfast was rubbish with poor selection and what was on selection didn't look appetising at all. Absolutely fantastic bakery just across the street though.
