This is a budget hotel. My first impression was it is dodgy, and that wasnt only me. I was with a small group from the U.S. there in early December for a Christmas Market tour. The hotel is on a gray street with trams running both directions. The street consists of bodegas, nail salons, and the like. Fabulous location to old town. Very clean and comfortable. Reception staff very helpful in organising a tour. Bar staff very attentive. Food great and a large selection of choices for b/fast- would definitely stay again....

The hotel itself is lovely, clean, well decorated, the location is perfect. Our only few niggles were when we arrived the room was not ready, which is not a problem, but even on check in a bit later we were not offered information on what was around us, transportation, check out times, nothing, so we wandered a bit aimlessly at first. Also only 2 toilet rolls for 4 days, even with just 2 sheets left in the roll the...

Absolutely beautiful hotel, I can not fault it at all. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on the food. You are a 15 minute walk from old town krakow or the tram stops right outside the hotel. You are a 10 minute walk away from the river boats and 5 minute walk from a big shopping centre.
