The hotel is fine, clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and we felt it was overpriced for what we got, but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is good too.
Hotel transfers are included but theyre not free, youll pay 130z each way which is about 5 times the going rate. Save your money and transfer with Uber or Bolt for 30z. The hotel just use local taxis for this and the driver ...

Perfect hotel for us. 2 minutes walk from the main square, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Lots of nice touches like fridge in room, water machine in reception, tea & coffee facilities, room was large and clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended....

The location is just so perfect for the old town main square. Its a very clean, hospitable and welcoming venue. The staff were all outstandingly helpful in getting us taxis and help to arrive. Communications were excellent before and during our stay. We had a double room which had everything we needed and was huge, the bathroom was spotless and also huge plenty storage and a safe. Our first time to Krakow & we found this little gem of a hotel.
Very clean & inviting on arrival.
Breakfast was lovely & a good choice of different foods.
Rooms were comfortable & clean although I dont get why a double bed had a single duvet....

Nice small hotel

Nice small hotell, very central located close to old town square.
Pros: very clean hotel, both rooms and other surroundings. Nice room and a comfortable bed. Good breakfast, not huge but everything we needed. Unbeatable location.
Cons: we missed a lounge/bar where we could sit down if we wanted to leave the room, but not the hotel. Only a couple of chairs for two in a corner....
