Great hotel
Travelled on 05/2025
We only stayed for 3 nights but had a lovely time. The hotel is central to everything and all within walking distance. The breakfast is continental which we didnt mind and all the staff were polite and helpful. We were lucky were allocated a room at the back of the hotel, so didnt really hear the tram through the night. If we return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again....

The hotel was in a perfect location, within 10 minutes walk of Schindler's factory, 5 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter and 20 minutes walk to the Old Town.
The staff on reception were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was continental style consisting of cereals, bread, juice, fruit, eggs, meats, salad, cakes.
The rooms were clean and tidy with a lovely shower room. As others have said there is noise from the trams ...

The hotel was nice but a bit dated. It is undergoing renovation. The bathrooms were more modern and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was lovely and we had tea and coffee and a kettle in our rooms. The only down side was we were a bit further away from the Main Square of Krakow and as we are not so fit, it would be about a 20 - 25 minute walk there so we had to get taxis or trams or Bolts (like our...

Great hotel, great spot in the centre. Very helpfull people at the desk for questions you have. Friendly employees in the breakfast-restaurant.
Our room was modern decorated and our shower/washing room was nice/good.
Only disadvantage: trams are running from early morning onwards outside in the front of the hotel. Meaning you need to sleep with earplugs if you are a light-sleeper....

Lovely hotel. The beds are really comfy, reception staff very friendly. You can hear noise but did not affect us too much. Anything you ask for from reception - ear pods, extra duvet (double duvets are a bit little) more tea/coffee etc, given out when asked, very easy. Bathroom we had was modern, all 3 had great showers.
