Great hotel. Think we had an upgraded room or maybe had recently been renovated but felt very luxury. It was very clean. Customers in the room next to us were quite loud at night but at no fault of the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and regularly saw cleaners cleaning the communal areas of the hotel. Another lift would have been good as it gets busy at breakfast time with their being 5 floors. Breakfast was great v...

Location was superb, just walk across the road to the Jewish quarter, or turn right to the old town, or left for Schindlers factory. A very central traditional Polish hotel, basic, comfortable, clean, lovely staff and the breakfast was amazing, so much choice....

First impressions were ok. Staff helpful but not overly friendly (but we came to notice this with a lot of people in Poland) our room was ready early so we were able to check in. The lady on reception informed us (2 women) that the lifts were being renovated so we would have to use the stairs. No offer of carrying our luggage up the stairs for us even though there was a man there. Luckily we were on the first floor. ...

We stayed here between Christmas and new year.
The Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.
It was in the perfect location for us as we wanted to stay in the Jewish Quarter.
It was a very quiet hotel ( apart from the tram going past outside but this was not a problem).
We had breakfast each morning and we were very satisfied with the choice available.
