Amazing hotel in krakow

Couldnt review 5 but if I could I would have reviewed 10 was amazing clean and tidy rooms with plenty of tea and coffee available nothing was to much trouble . Breakfast was fresh and plentiful every day , staff were pleasant and would do anything to accommodate would recommend to anyone...

Good hotel great location

Lovely hotel very well located for main square, castle and shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Staff were very friendly, bar was good and a great choice at breakfast. Only downside was our twin room was very small with no drawer space....

Absolutely loved this hotel, very discreet from the street you'd hardly notice it but inside is lovely stylish and welcoming. Hotel feels premium. Every staff member so friendly and speaking English expertly, small bar is lovely and cosy serving a small selection of very nice meals. We intended to eat in town more but because it was so convenient, good quality and reasonably priced we ate at the hotel more than we at...

So disappointing, staying at this hotel. My Daughter and I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Old Town Krakow. Our room was a twin, but so small it was impossible to move around without banging into each other. I had emailed the hotel in advance to inform them that it was for my Daughter's birthday and could we have a nice room. When I opened the door of our room, my heart sank as it was so small, I asked for a room change...

The location for sightseeing is perfect. Easy walking distance of most places. The room was lovely with very hot water from the shower. The decor is lovely. The outside terrace is glorious. Two quibbles, one is I was surprised that a 66 year old was expected to carry suitcase up stairs behind a young male member of staff.
