We visited here in February, we booked two double rooms and both were very clean and well decorated. It was quite cold outside but lovely and warm in the rooms. Well stocked coffee and teas and basic toiletries in bathroom.
The location was brilliant only 10 minutes to the main square but right by the hotel were some lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets for basic essentials.

I stayed 2 nights at the Leonardo with breakfast included. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot across the road from Planty park. Its nicely decorated wirh an outside patio area. I had a double room, the bed was huge and comfortable with nice linen. The shower was good with shower gel/shampoo at hand. I stayed at this hotel in march this year. Due to one of our party having an accident we had to stay in krakow for a further 5 days. I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough. the manager Lukasz cedzidlo went above and beyond to help us with the hotel arrangements on a daily basis, also with taxis to and from the hospital. He couldnt have done enough for us. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly reco...

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk to everything. Rooms are cosy, very clean if a bit small. It was very very hot. Left the window open all night but still too hot.
Breakfast was ok, no proper orange juice, just orange squash which was disappointing
Staff were very nice. Some were very young...
