Location perfect and every trip we booked was able to pick up at the door. The lovely reception staff arranged a breakfast pack as we had an excursion before breakfast started. All the staff were very helpful in recommending places to eat locally to experience a true polish meals. Couldnt fault breakfast all freshly prepared and plentiful. Nice hotel, noise from the trams untill around 11pm and starting again around 4am. Beds very rock solid and small sizing. Shower low pressure. Not as good as our previous Leonardo chain visits....

Really lovely clean hotel, lovely helpful staff. The foid and drinks we had were excellent. Great location for the Main Square and pick up points. Comfortable beds, very soft fluffy pillow's. Room quite warm despite having the temperature turned as low as possible and the fan system on full, I didn't use the duvet all week as too warm, but I do find all hotel rooms too warm anyway. The location is ok. Picknup and drop off easily done. It is a 15 minute walk into the square , Jewish quarter is further. If you do a city break then you expect to do some walking. Location is OK. The rooms were small but very clean and sufficient . The breakfast though, wasn't great it was a buffet. Nothing was fresh cooked unless you wanted to make yourself waffles. Perfect hotel for the disabled person easy access to the hotel and the room with extra wide doors for wheelchair access
Bathroom is a wet room with shower seat and plenty of handles
Lift access to all floors Resteraunt provides good buffet food only difficulty is accessing the bar as two steps to enter
