We stayed here for 4 nights from Mon 25th April. 2 adults, a 17 yr old and a 14 yr old plus mother in law who's 77yrs old.

Breakfast was overpriced.
Incident of staff member allocation our room out to another couple on our second night stay & the couple walking into our room. Which was wholly unacceptable & we went straight down to reception to complain. The staff member admitted to her mistake of writing the incorrect room number on their room access cards & seemed to think that was enough? It certainly wasnt as its a total breach of ...

The hotel itself is excellent - a small, upscale, modern boutique with attentive staff and an excellent location. We got a suite and it was outstanding. The only complaints were 1) the air conditioning was not operational (the fans worked, but the cooling system did not) which was not particularly problematic as the weather was mild. The most important aspect of this property is that it is in walking distance from Krakows Old Town. In less than 5 minutes, you have access to historic buildings, shopping, restaurants and bars.
