The pictures are very generous. This is a 3 star accommodation. Generally clean enough. Dated. Bathroom a bit smelly. Room was always warm & bed was comfortable enough....

Absolute dump of a hotel
We checked out as soon as we arrived. Situated in run down building. Entrance way very unattractive. Shaky banister to rooms. Room was very basic & smelling of damp. Furniture in room very old white ikea style. Beds very uncomfortable.
All in all a very unwelcom ing. Place.
We have never stayed in a hostel but I'm sure it would have been better than this place.

Not the best but certainly not the worse accommodation I've ever had. It's in a perfect location for the city center. Decor is a bit oldy wordly but you don't sit there the whole time staring at it. The bed was super comfy which is all I expected as I was out all the time. The front of house staff were lovely. It's down a run down back street but please don't allow this to put you off. looked at the negative reviews a day or so before arriving which left me a bit apprehensive. Absolutely no need room was small but clean and had everything you needed for a short break, bed was comfy. We really enjoyed staying at the Leone aparthotel very friendly staff 24 hour desk. It's nicely situated 10 min walk from the main square krakow. We would definitely stay again very pleasant. Our room was located at the top of the building stairs keep wernt a problem keep ya fit and the room was ideal to get your head down clean and comfortable....
