Worst hotel in Krakow

This hotel is for students and backpackers,certainly not mature women.It was filthy and not at all like the picture on there site ,you have to ask for sheets on the beds tea and coffee in the room and we walked 15 minutes to another hotel for breakfast. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not book!!!...

Stayed at Leone Aparthotel for a few nights and really liked it. Its in a quiet area but super close to the city centre I could walk everywhere. My room was clean and comfy, with high ceilings and a nice feel to it.
The staff at the front desk were great friendly and always around. They helped me sort out an airport transfer which made things really easy.

Really enjoyed my time at Leone Aparthotel. The location is spot on easy walk to the Old Town and Kazimierz. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice classic touch to it.
The 24-hour reception was super helpful, especially when I needed help booking a tour. Staff were friendly and always around if needed.
Quiet area and comfy bed would happily stay again!...

The hotel should not be listed as an 'Apart Hotel'. There are no facilities that you would expect from an Apart Hotel. Simply basic budget hotel rooms. The exterior photographs of the hotel do not show the derelict state of the neighbouring buildings. Boarded up and scrawled with graffiti. I was concerned about staying at this hotel after reading the reviews. I was however pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean if a little tired. It looked like they are trying to improve the rooms. Check in was a pleasant experience the young lad was very helpful. The room was spacious and serviced daily. It was warm and the bed comfortable.
