The room was clean, tidy and warm. The staff were helpful, polite and we were always greeted with a smile. We would recommend to others....

We arrived at the leone Aparthotel at 9pm , with nobody on reception which caused up a bit of grief for twenty minutes until we found a working phone number. And then a lovely young lady arrived to sort us out, she was sorting out a problem at the sister hotel. But after this our reception was manned 24/7, it's a very nice hotel but breakfast is not served downstairs you have to walk to the other hotel. But don't l...

Well to be fair I will start with the positives (there werent many)
*There is a tram stop right at the top of the street, its only a 15 minute walk or 2 stops on the tram from the main square.
*The room was clean
*The breakfast was good quality and had good variation.
Thats it for positives.
Negatives.

You pay for what you get but overall happy with our stay.
Positives:
-Room was always warm
- Bed was comfortable enough
-looks like its on a dogey street but dont let that put you off as its really close to the square and we had no issues
-Staff were always at reception even though they were not the friendliest front of house they were there If needed
-never heard any guests in the other rooms

The pictures are very generous. This is a 3 star accommodation. Generally clean enough. Dated. Bathroom a bit smelly. Room was always warm & bed was comfortable enough....
