Metropolo is a modern and well- organized hotel. My room was spacious , quiet and well equipped. The team at the reception was profssional an welcoming , which made the stay feel very comfortable . The hotel has a good amosphere and great value for money . I recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków....

I had a very nice stay at Metropolo. The hotel is clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were friendly and always realdy to help. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choice, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Overal a very pleasant experience - I would happily come back !...

The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are special with coffee/tea facilities. We were nice welcome and got all informations about city and connection to the center.
Nice young reception and resteaurant staff. Good restaurant with reasonable prices.

We've been in this hotel already few times and each time we are very happy with the standard and service. Breakfasts are amazing. Hotel is not that close to the city center, but only few minutes walk from the tram which will take you to the center of Krakow in 15-20 minutes....
