Starting with good stuff.
Reception staff good- Hotel tried to help us contacting when taxi charged us £57 from airport to hotel (should have been app £15)
Unsuccessful as company advised driver was not one they knew even though they had company logo picked up from hotel cameras).
Lifts - good as cards linked to actual floor you are on. Problems when lower floors use card to close as need to...

Great hotel, very clean and near 8 Tram to centre

Staying here for 2 nights currently, the hotel is perfectly clean, staff are friendly, food was nice in the restaurant, there are big glass carafes in the rooms and water coolers in the hallways so you can fill up as much as you like. it's a little way from the centre, but literally 5 mine round the corner is a number 8 Tram which takes you into Krakow and back, it's 15-20 mins, would recommend a stay here....

This was my second stay at the Metropolo by Golden Tulip. I keep coming back for the clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, and excellent gym. What's most important is the friendly and helpful staff! I'll definitely be back!...

I highly recommend this place for organizing conferences because they have a huge conference centre and 220 bedrooms. Food is excellent. The service is professional and efficient . I recommend this hotel for business guests in Krakow !...

I was at a conference recently. Great place. Large space above all. Really good food but above all service. I didn't expect such a big facility. We will definitely have another meeting in Metropolo. Our customers are very satisfied. Thanks!...
