Location, staff, breakfast, facilities was great! Had very pleasant stay and highly recommend the hotel. One minor would be the tramp down the street that carried the noise up to the room even requested quiet room, but with earplugs, the noise didnt bother me. So over all very happy with the hotel choice and wouldnt mind stay here again, thank you for the helpful staff!...

We were three family members and booked two rooms. Excellent location, great staff and an all round pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean, a choice of pillows was very much appreciated. We requested an extra bed quilt which was no problem and responded to immediately. Highly recommend and we will return....

I definitely recommend this hotel, which is located right across from the train station and tram stop. They allowed early check-in, there was complimentary coffee in the lobby, and the room was spotless. The bed was also very comfortable. The room lighting and temperature could easily be adjusted via an iPad. I would gladly stay here again. It would have been even better if hotel slippers had been provided....
