The staff was extremely friendly and shared great tips about getting around the area, nearby restaurants, and spa experiences. The hotels location is excellent its easy to get anywhere. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The complimentary tea / coffee / hot chocolate station was also a lovely little moment that brightened the day ...

Fantastic hotel, - really friendly and incredibly helpful front desk team - always smiling and full of ideas of where to go and easiest route. Aleksandra gave us great suggestions and service. Great location - 5 mins from Main station and airport speed train and 5 mins to Old Town Square. Really clean and very comfy beds and choice of pillows. Puro Hotels are a real find....

I stayed at the Puro Krakow for the location and comfort level. The hotel is across the street from the Krakow Glowney Train station-access through the Mall.
The room (510) I stayed in for a week was very nice. Room amenities are controlled via a tablet located on the nightstand. It was fantastic. I could control the temperature of the room, bathroom floor heat, tv controls and more. I never had to turn on the bathr...

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the old town and located opposite a huge shopping mall full of quality busy shops and eateries, with the train station behind. Not noisy at all though. The hotel is quite trendy, with cool quirky finishes and funky decorative touches. Great atmosphere and an attractive bar on the ground floor.
