The room was spotless! The bed was very comfy, Service was great! Staff is very kind. Cleans your room when you go explore Krakow (sometimes). There are restaurants near the hotel, just about a 2-5 minute walk. Recommended hotel when visiting Krakow...

Just returned from a four night stay at Q hotel...we found our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.. Welcoming staff, nothing was any trouble.The breakfast was continental but an abundance of everything...We found the hotel to be very clean...our room was spotless and cleaned daily. Stayed here for NYE. We didnt really enjoy our stay here. Its so basic. Didnt find the staff friendly. The restaurant/bar is just like a waiting area. Location isnt really good for anything. We got this booking wrong !
Theres another Q Hotel and that looks loads nicer and more convenient location!...

A terrible experience. Booked a double room and got twin beds. When asked to sort this out we were told to go back to easyjet. The 'bar' is a few bottles and a hand pump behind the reception. Our Internet on the room's telly was not working. We wanted to have a look at YouTube rather than Polish TV. Not an unreasonable request. Called down to reception and was told 'No, Internet does not work in the rooms'. Utter jok...

Wen we checked at 7:00 from airport nobody ask us our names to prepare our room little bit earlyer from 15:00 ...to try to checked in....and now its 15:02 and our room its not ready!! Terrible....Its not 4 star hotel.......
